Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. This role has a critical impact on the Company's ability to meet changing existing and meeting new regulatory requirements. Strategic verticals like Play Marketplace and businesses like Cloud are dependent on Anti-Financial Compliance (AFC) product capabilities to stay compliant. You will be leading the building of the capabilities for Anti-Financial Compliance Platform including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Screenings and Regulatory reporting. You will partner with first-party integrators such as Cloud or Play to understand their regulatory compliance needs, build product strategy and roadmap. You will define the review tools that are used by our analysts and also explore how AI/ML can be leveraged to improve operational efficiency and partner with financial compliance investigators, engineers, data scientists, program managers, cross-functional stakeholders through the planning, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch. Whether it is paying online with Autofill, using tap and pay in stores, or using the Google Pay app, the Payments team at Google is focused on making payments simple, seamless, and secure. In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses.
