The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$218,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities: Analyze, understand, and communicate how YouTube is performing against our goals and identify and communicate emerging insights and trends with our leadership team. Run our weekly "health of the business" forum with our Product, Engineering, and Business leadership teams. Help YouTube's leaders and teams define near-term strategy and direction, specifically our Annual and Quarterly Goals, also known as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and how we measure and gauge success. Partner with our Data Science team to prioritize and execute quantitative analyses and advanced modeling that deliver actionable insights. Work with the YouTube Viewer leadership team to identify and prioritize medium and longer term opportunities.
