Regional Product Lead, Agency Measurement (English, Japanese)

At Google, product is at the core of the company. The group, called PSA (Product and Sales Activation), brings products to market, and market to products. This team sits at the junction of product, strategy, and go-to-market to shape the long term product roadmap, best commercialize new products, and drive long term strategic initiatives. We work across the Google product portfolio.

In this role, your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how the range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the goal and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead media effectiveness efforts with GCS Agency and technical specialists to assist large Ad Agency partners across APAC, particularly in Japan, to leverage Google measurement solutions, including data strength: eg. ECL, GTG, Incrementality, Attribution, MMMs, and first-party Data to drive customer growth.
  • Co-develop solutions that address customer business, marketing challenges and provide guidance to agencies on methodologies for Mergers and Acquisitions solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to drive the program management and execution of agency measurement and media effectiveness plans.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Global PSA to develop training programs that enhance seller and agency knowledge on Google's priority Measurement solutions. Collaborate with third-party measurement providers as required.
  • Share customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads to align product roadmap with the needs of GCS customers. Identify key challenges, unlock growth opportunities, and develop scalable solutions.
