Senior UX Designer

You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products.

As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

As a part of Google Cloud, GCBP is a product and engineering organization responsible for the applications and platforms that drive Cloud Marketing, Sales, Partner, Support, Finance and other critical functions, delivering enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google's technology and tools to help developers build more sustainably, enable rapid growth and deliver the power of Google Cloud to the world.

As a part of this role, you will lead a design strategy for the GCBP Transact Platform, influencing end-to-end user journeys across enterprise deals. You will define and drive the UX goal for transact experiences to unify, simplify, and amplify the user experience across all GCBP surfaces for customers, partners, and sellers. You will operate in a dynamic environment, leveraging research and data to drive thoughtful design solutions at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct design strategy for the Transact Platform, influencing end-to-end user journeys across structures.
  • Define and drive the UX goal for enterprise transact experiences to ensure seamless and cohesive interactions across GCBP surfaces.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into creative and thoughtful design solutions.
  • Communicate user experiences at various stages of the design process through wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Advocate for design-centered changes and refinements by integrating user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product updates.
