In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing enterprise-wide furniture, finish, and architectural standards. This includes evaluating emerging technologies and workplace strategies as well as providing expert guidance to ensure consistent application and compliance. Work also involves leading the development and governance of BIM standards, workflows, and data structures; overseeing, asset data, and system integrations to support lifecycle facility management; and ensuring consistent use across design, construction, and operations teams. You will have the opportunity to serve as the primary liaison coordinating standards, technologies, and design requirements across real estate, design, construction, maintenance, IT, and procurement.
