The Truss Designer will create accurate, efficient designs that meet customer needs and comply with building codes and safety standards.

Truss Designer Responsibilities:

• Create truss layouts and structural plans using MiTek, Alpine, or similar software
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to produce complete truss packages
• Work closely with sales, production, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Provide technical support to builders, contractors, and internal staff
• Ensure designs meet all safety and compliance requirements
• Assist production teams with questions on truss design details

Truss Designer Qualifications:

• Experience as a Truss Designer strongly preferred
• Proficiency with MiTek, Alpine, or related truss design software
• Understanding of construction practices and structural load requirements
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents/blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
