Sr. Sales Professional

A growing Ag operation is seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Professional to help expand market presence within the Northeast dairy industry. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong dairy industry relationships, deep knowledge of dairy nutrition or feed ingredients, and a proven track record of developing new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales within the dairy industry across the Northeast and surrounding markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with dairy producers, nutritionists, and industry partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and help expand the company's commercial footprint
  • Develop strategic partnerships and long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and market strategy
  • Represent the company within the dairy and feed industry through networking and relationship development
  • Contribute to long-term sales planning and potential team leadership as the organization grows

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the agriculture industry
  • Strong relationships within the dairy sector
  • Experience working with feed ingredients, dairy nutrition, or related products
  • Established relationships with dairy nutritionists and industry advisors
  • Proven track record of business development and revenue growth
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and long-term customer relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Background in dairy nutrition, feed ingredients, or livestock production systems
  • Leadership or management experience preferred

Sales Territory: Northeast Region~ MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO UPSTATE NY

Compensation:

  • Base salary $150K–$250K + 25% bonus potential
  • Equity opportunity (up to 10%)
