Design & Sales Representative

We are seeking a Design & Sales Representative to join a high-end, family-owned stone fabricator with over 30 years of success in the industry. This is a growth-driven opportunity—not a backfill—created by strong demand, giving the right individual the ability to step into an active pipeline and make an immediate impact.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build their own client base, expand their network, and grow within a stable, respected company. You'll work directly with homeowners, builders, architects, and designers, helping bring their vision to life through premium marble, granite, and natural stone products. Long-term, this position offers the opportunity to prove yourself and potentially build and lead a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive showroom sales by building relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and architects
  • Guide clients through the selection process, including surfaces, colors, and layouts
  • Act as the main point of contact from initial consultation through project completion
  • Prepare quotes and manage orders through fabrication and installation
  • Provide a consultative sales experience focused on design, functionality, and quality
  • Develop and grow a personal book of business through networking and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Experience working with stone, marble, or granite fabricators and installers is preferred
  • Established industry contacts or repeated business
  • Strong design sense with the ability to coordinate colors and guide clients visually
  • Experience with design or layout software is a plus
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and provide a high-touch service experience
