A rapidly growing design and engineering firm in Georgia is seeking a talented Interior Designer to expand its in-house interior design capabilities. With demand increasing, the firm is bringing design services fully in-house—creating a unique opportunity to build, lead, and shape an entire design function from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Help the development and establishment of the in-house interior design division
• Design and manage commercial interior projects from concept through completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and leadership to deliver cohesive, high-quality spaces
• Oversee space planning, material selection, finishes, and client presentations
• Build and mentor a growing team of designers
• Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 2 years + of professional interior design experience
• Strong background in commercial interiors (office, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use)
• Proficiency in design software (Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Passion for building and growing a design program
• NCIDQ certification or eligibility preferred but not necessary
