Lead design from concept through construction documents

Work directly with clients to bring their vision to life

Design within ARB guidelines and local requirements

Handle as-builts, site verification, and coordination

Mentor junior team members as the team grows

Strong architectural design experience (beyond drafting)

Ability to run projects independently

Client-facing confidence and communication skills

Knowledge of ARB/regulatory guidelines

Pursuing licensure preferred
