Outside Truss Sales Rep

Join our growing team as an Outside Truss Sales Rep!! Washington State

We are a well-established building materials company specializing in roof trusses, floor trusses, and engineered wood products for residential, multifamily, and light commercial projects. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking motivated and results-driven Outside Truss Sales Reps to expand our reach and build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and developers.

Outside Truss Sales Rep Job Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and developers throughout your assigned territory.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Working closely with estimating, design, and production teams to deliver accurate bids and project solutions.
  • Conducting on-site visits, presentations, and jobsite meetings to promote our products and services.
  • Understanding customers' needs to provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction for all orders.

Outside Truss Sales Rep Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in trusses, lumber, or related building materials.
  • Strong knowledge of roof trusses, floor trusses, and framing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Proven track record of developing relationships and closing deals in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage a territory independently.
