We're working with a well-established firm seeking a Partner-level attorney to join its Philadelphia office, focusing on torts and product liability litigation.

This is a great opportunity for a senior attorney who wants to step into a practice with a strong flow of existing work—no portable book is required.

The Opportunity

You'll handle sophisticated product liability and general tort matters for large corporate clients, working alongside a highly regarded team. The group already has a steady pipeline of work, so this role is ideal for someone who wants to focus on practicing law rather than business development (though a book is certainly welcome).

The Team

The Philadelphia office has 20+ attorneys and offers a collaborative environment across multiple practice areas such as torts, professional liability, labor & employment, and construction.

What They're Looking For

• Strong experience in torts and/or product liability litigation
• Solid legal instincts and the ability to handle complex matters
• Trial experience is a plus
• Someone who works well in a team-oriented, high-level practice

Compensation

Compensation is flexible and based on experience and any portable business, with the ability to go up to $300K for the right candidate.
