Join an established food manufacturer as they launch an exciting new retail brand! We're seeking a Product Development Manager to lead innovation from concept to market.

This isn't just another R&D role - you'd be building a brand from the ground up and competing directly with industry giants like Purdue, Tyson, and Pilgrim's.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute retail branding strategies for our new consumer brand
• Lead R&D initiatives in our culinary/laboratory setting
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams on market expansion
• Manage the commercialization process from bench to shelf
• Conduct customer presentations and drive product development

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years in poultry manufacturing (preferred) or food/general manufacturing
• R&D and laboratory experience
• QA knowledge and food safety understanding (HACCP, GMP, SQF)
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (preferred)
• Understanding of the bench sample process
• Full knowledge of the commercialization process.
• Ability to organize and conduct customer presentations
• Maintaining a culinary/R&D lab.
• Knowledge of retail sales is a plus!
