Location: downtown Houston area

I am working directly with leadership at a well-established Texas civil litigation defense firm that is seeking to add a Product Liability Defense Attorney to its growing litigation team. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated defense-side litigation matters within a collaborative environment that values long-term attorney development, strong client relationships, and hands-on litigation experience.

The attorney will work on sophisticated defense-side litigation involving industrial and commercial product claims, catastrophic injury matters, multi-party litigation, and other complex civil disputes.

The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

What We Need

• 2+ years of litigation experience with exposure to product liability defense matters preferred
• Experience handling written discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and case strategy
• Ability to manage files independently while collaborating with firm leadership and litigation teams
• Strong analytical, writing, and courtroom communication skills
• Experience with expert witnesses, mediation, and trial preparation is highly valued
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas
• Attorneys with a portable book of business are encouraged to apply
