About the Role

A highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Products Liability Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its St. Louis office. The ideal candidate will have a background in defending product liability cases, particularly in areas such as automotive products, toxic chemicals, manufacturing equipment, and trucking.

What You'll Do

• Draft responsive pleadings and manage written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with supervising attorneys on case evaluation and strategy.
• Work with expert witnesses.
• Represent clients in hearings and negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and outside counsel.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on products liability.

• Strong case management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to take ownership of files and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work and client service.
