We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) or Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) with a degree in Construction Management and strong design-build experience. Experience with industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution projects is a major plus. The ideal candidate leads projects from preconstruction to completion, maintains budgets and schedules, and is polished in client-facing interactions.
Lead design-build projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
Serve as primary client contact, building strong, professional relationships
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and maintain project profitability
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and networking
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Proven design-build project experience; industrial/warehouse/manufacturing projects a plus
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Polished and personable; able to connect with clients and colleagues professionally (golf, networking, site visits)
