Sales Assistant / Design Coordinator

A well-established custom home builder in the Lexington/Midlands South Carolina market is seeking a dependable and personable Sales Assistant / Design Coordinator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners with selections, finishes, and design choices throughout the custom homebuilding process
• Coordinate and process change orders accurately and efficiently
• Schedule appointments with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors
• Support the sales and customer experience process from contract through project completion
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients throughout construction
• Help ensure homeowners have a positive and seamless experience from start to finish

Preferred Experience

• Residential construction or homebuilding experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with custom home clients is a plus
• Exposure to Buildertrend or similar construction management software preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Professional communication and follow-up skills
• Stable work history is highly important
• Candidates located near the Lexington area strongly preferred
