Over the last decade, our founder has personally grown three jewelry brands from the ground up using social media as the primary driver of awareness, community, and revenue. Collectively, those brands now reach over 1.2 million followers, built without agencies and rooted in a very specific creative vision, execution standard, and feedback loop. This role offers a rare, hands-on opportunity to work directly with our founder—learning not just how to create content, but how to think about social media as a business system: creative, analytical, operational, and scalable.
The Role You will own end-to-end social media execution and growth across three brands, working closely with our founder through an ongoing, iterative feedback process. This is not a passive role. There is constant refinement, direction, and collaboration, and the right candidate will thrive on clear feedback, fast adjustments, and high expectations. You will be responsible for managing your time intelligently across multiple brands, ensuring nothing slips, nothing is rushed, and every detail is intentional.
