Our client is hiring a Fire Sprinkler Designer ready to step into a Design Manager role with a family-owned contractor that prioritizes balance, stability, and growth.

What You'll Do:
- Lead sprinkler design projects
- Review plans, assign work, mentor team
- Work directly with contractors and leadership
What You Need:
- 3–10 years fire sprinkler design experience
- AutoCAD / HydraCAD / SprinkCAD preferred
- NIET helpful, not required
