Virtual Design & Construction Executive – Greater Indianapolis, IN
We are seeking a Virtual Design Executive to lead our VDC team!
You will drive the strategic implementation of the VDC and VDC processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across project teams and maximizing the use of technology.
Experience you should bring:
Leadership, Department Oversight, Project Integration, Technology Implementation, Timing & Development, Business Development Support, Strategic Planning, VDC Process, workflow, quality control, adhere to project timelines, and develop and manage standard documents library.
Qualifications:
o Associates degree in Applied Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
o Proven experience (at least 5 years) in VDC or related roles within the mechanical construction industry.
o Knowledgeable in VDC software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Stratus, Trimble) and related tools.
o Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
o Passion for driving collaboration, technological innovation and process improvement.
