- Identify target groups, develop robust understanding of issues / opportunities to uncover insights.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Insight team & Commercial Team and other stakeholders to turn insight & opportunities to actions.
- Plan & lead initiative big idea/ theme for marketing campaigns on quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily basis.
- Lead teams of 3 and to deploy campaigns with impact and clear measurement.
- Manage and lead the discussion with external parties (i.e. merchant, Agencies or business partners)
- Responsible for budget spend & tracking to ensure ROI
- Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
- Ensure budgets are planned, tracked and spent efficiently
Qualifications
The must haves
- Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer marketing (either in campaign management, partnerships/brand marketing or marketing communications) with exposure on online and offline media.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication or other advertising.
- Able to create and articulate creative briefs and new campaign initiative
- Excellent in project management skill
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English
- Excellent negotiation skill to work with both internal team and external parties (i.e. media agency, digital agency, activation agencies
- Enjoys brainstorming, coming up with creative ideas, seeing it come to life and learning from it.
- Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment while being able to multitask to meet deadlines.
- High level of CAN DO attitude and hunger for success
