Job Description
As the OneGrab and Loyalty team, we drive ecosystem stickiness and brand love. By launching creative, data-driven, multi-channel campaigns, we maximize user value and seamlessly connect Grab's diverse services. Our mission is to turn everyday transactions into rewarding experiences that fuel business growth and foster long-term customer loyalty.
Drive growth, engagement, and brand love for Grab's main ecosystem drivers: OneGrab and Loyalty (GrabUnlimited, GrabCoins, and GrabVIP). You will shape business strategy, move the needle on main metrics, and implement impactful marketing campaigns from the ground up.
Working under the OneGrab & Loyalty Lead, you will apply integrated marketing principles across digital and physical spaces. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and driven intern to enhance Grab's multi-channel presence and execute resonant campaigns.
The critical tasks you will perform include:
- Collaborate with team leads to implement targeted projects that directly help achieve the products' metrics.
- Be the primary PIC for small to medium campaigns, driving the full lifecycle from initial brainstorming to execution. This includes content planning, IMC strategies - KOL, Social, PR, and Offline - to post-campaign analysis.
- Provide necessary operational and creative support on large-to-extra-large campaigns and projects for the team.
- Co-improve Grab loyalty products' evergreen presence, ensuring consistent and impactful content planning across key consumer platforms.
- Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions by spotting real-time cultural and market trends, and "trendjacking" them to keep the brand relevant.
Qualifications
What essential skills you will need include:
- Education: Pursue an undergraduate degree in Marketing Management and/or related courses.
- Schedule: Able to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum duration of 4 months.
- Eligibility: Open to both voluntary interns and those looking for academic credit/required placements.
