The Dispatch team at Grab builds and manages the core platform that determines how millions of daily incoming orders across Grab (Transport, Food, Deliveries) can be dispatched to available driver supply. At the heart of it all lies our Driver-partners who are our everyday entrepreneurs – we aim to empower them by creating the appropriate tools and experiences for them to deliver meaningful value on our platform while having access to earning opportunities. The work you do will directly impact the lives of Customers and Driver-partners who rely on Grab for their everyday opportunities.

Reporting to the Senior Product Management Leader, Fulfilment, you will lead the strategy and execution in enabling internal Grab teams and external partners to leverage the Dispatch platform's capabilities and experiences. This is a role that defines our platformisation and external integrations strategy, builds new growth opportunities and unlocks further efficiencies for Grab's users and Driver-partners while collaborating with external partners to accelerate innovation efforts. This is a critical position with a significant impact on our marketplace ecosystem with the opportunity to drive industry-defining changes.

This is an onsite role and based in our Petaling Jaya office.

The critical tasks you will perform include:

• Oversee and define the product vision and strategy for our platform integrations products, aligning it with overall product vision and our goals.
• Create a roadmap to build and explore new features and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and improve the value proposition of our platform.
• Develop a robust integration framework and best practices through API documentation and building integration layer services.
• Understand the needs and pain points faced by our internal clients and external users through direct user research and data analysis; translate insights into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with your cross-functional team, Grab’s Mobility and Delivery product teams and country stakeholders to refine service value propositions, drive go-to-market execution, and enhance product quality for our users.

What essential skills you will need include:

• At least 5 years of direct experience in product management at a tech company in either platform or user-centric products.
• Experience managing the product lifecycle including initial concept, market research, defining product requirements, working with teams and ongoing product management.
• Experience applying qualitative sense-making with quantitative, data-driven insights, ensuring that all decisions are grounded in analysis and practical understanding.
• Experience conveying complex concepts and strategies to team members. This includes distilling technical details for non-technical leadership, translating strategic goals for engineering teams, and providing applicable guidance for operations.
