Grab's food and dineout search handles millions of queries across Southeast Asia every day. We're looking for a Lead PM who can do both: raise the bar on the current search fundamentals (relevance, ranking, query understanding, conversion) while also building the next generation of search experiences leveraging the latest AI developments to solve for natural language queries, differentiated AI search discovery, LLM-powered intent understanding, smarter personalization.
This is a high-ownership, IC role. You'll set the direction, partner closely with ML engineers and data scientists, and ship measurable outcomes across Food Deliveries and Dining Out — two of Grab's largest businesses.
The vision for this charter and role will be to take a robust search experience and step-change its experience, relevance, personalisation and efficiency to deliver outstanding consumer search experience and strong business outcomes.
This role requires a blend of technical depth in search systems, connecting consumer problems to technical solutions, and the leadership skills to align cross-functional teams based in Beijing and Singapore. Critical tasks you will perform will include:
