Be the empowered team leader for a group of engineers, designers, and analysts and manage the team and its goals
Define the product strategy and roadmap for your problem space
Collaboratively solve for high impact problem statements by identifying solutions and driving it from idea to development to rollout and experimentation
Be the champion for excellence in user experiences and product quality
Define and track against success that measures the impact of your work
Lead an empowered diverse team (Data scientists, engineers, risk policy managers) to identify platform vulnerabilities, user pain points and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraudulent activities within Grab’s ecosystem
Collaborate with engineering, data analytics and design to develop a prioritised product backlog, and build user-centric fraud solutions
Meticulously define and communicating product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively
Partner with business counterparts and other team members on well-defined go-to-market plans
Define success metrics and measuring the impact of your work
8+ years of experience as a product manager in technology or technology platforms.
Independently identify and solve complex and ambiguous problems, constructing clear strategies and roadmaps supported by analysis and data from loosely defined priorities and goals.
Experience in creating products through the full software product lifecycle.
Unafraid to make challenging tradeoff decisions
Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, or a related field.
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and strategies to all levels from executive leadership to engineering and operations.
Experience with the tech industry and building delightful product experiences and willing to learn, influence, and not shy away from hard stuff to meet goals.
