Reporting to the Head of Product Operations, you will play a key role in scaling our product workflows through automation, data-driven insights, and process optimization. You will have a proven foundation in operational process design and hands-on experience building automation solutions using Python. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points, map end-to-end workflows, and develop automation strategies that increase efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across Grab's ecosystem. You will be based onsite in our Ho Chi Minh City office.

The critical tasks you will perform include:

• Meeting with business users to gather and document requirements.
• Proposing and leading the design optimizations to enhance the overall solution architecture.
• Studying the process and writing queries to extract data from the database.
• Developing Python scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
• Responsible for optimizing and maintaining automation scripts.
• Integrating APIs, databases, and third-party services.

Essential skills required include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4 years experience in Full Stack development and Software Engineering.
• Proficient in developing automation solutions using Python, with minimal experience in other programming languages (C#, ASP.NET, Reactjs).
• You have Selenium or Playwright.
• You have experience with REST APIs.
• You have understanding of RDBMS and SQL and database operations.
• You have understanding of version control systems like Azure DevOps/GitLab.
• You have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.
