The Product Operations Team sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and scale, being the connective tissue between product, business, and on-the-ground teams. We accelerate product outcomes by building and allowing the people, systems and tools to grow product sustainably across the region. We work with team members to ensure that product solutions are innovative, operationally practical and locally relevant. Our scope spans the entire product lifecycle—from go-to-market planning and feature rollouts to performance monitoring and continuous feedback loops. Whether it's Mobility, Deliveries or Safety, our mission is to lead product excellence and operational readiness at scale.
Reporting to the Head of Product Operations, you will play a key role in scaling our product workflows through automation, data-driven insights, and process innovation. You will have proven foundation in operational process design and hands-on experience building automation solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points, map end-to-end workflows, and develop automation strategies that increase efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across Grab's ecosystem.
