Job Summary/Description: We are seeking a qualified, passionate, organized, and driven Local Sales & Marketing Coordinator for WKTB-TV (Telemundo Atlanta). This media professional will be located in Brookhaven, GA. The position will assist Media Executives in transactional support and be responsible for the overall administrative duties. Key tasks include entering orders, creating packages, assisting with make-goods, communicating commercial airtimes, coordinating ad copy, responding to incoming requests, getting credit approvals, following up on invoice discrepancies/collections, and screening incoming calls and correspondence. They will also assist the Sales Managers in PowerPoint sales package creation, and client recaps, as well as Nielsen reporting and revenue tracking.

Requirements: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and a knowledge of Wide Orbit and Matrix. Relationship builder with an engaging and energetic personality and a desire to contribute to the team to win. Goal-driven and self-motivated individual. Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong written, presentation, marketing, and closing skills. Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Eligibility Requirements: Must be willing to work full-time on location in Brookhaven, GA. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and insurance. Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background investigation. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Must be 18 years or older.
