As a Senior Brand Designer at Great Question, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our brand across every customer-facing touchpoint. This role is focused on supporting our Marketing, Sales, and Success teams by designing creative assets that engage, inspire, and drive impact. Your work will span a variety of mediums including web design, brand design, social media, campaigns, sales decks, event collateral, and more.
We're looking for a highly creative designer who thrives on balancing brand consistency with fresh, innovative ideas. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams to ensure our visual communications are not only beautiful, but also strategic and effective.
Own the design and production of marketing, sales, and customer success assets, including:
Web pages and landing pages
Case studies, one-pagers, and other brand assets
Sales and investor decks
Social media graphics and campaign visuals
Event and webinar collateral
Evolve and maintain our visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.
Translate complex ideas into simple, compelling, and visually engaging designs.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Success leaders to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
Manage multiple projects at once, balancing quick-turn needs with larger creative initiatives.
Partner with other designers and contribute to the growth of our brand design system.
5+ years of experience in brand and graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in design projects and a range of design work from web to social to presentations.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles and user experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
