Our team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

Your mission as a Growth Intelligence Senior Analyst (Supply) will be to provide insights, frameworks, and actionable recommendations to increase the volume of Listings attracted through acquisition and conversion channels, ensuring scalability and efficiency under our economics guidelines. You will play a key role in diagnosing supply performance, supporting the development of growth levers, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive impact. This is a key role to support QuintoAndar's mission: to "help people love where they live", we must ensure we are being able to attract and capture the best home opportunities in the market.
