Position Summary

We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to help scale how we build and deliver AI-powered offensive security at HackerOne. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design and improve the systems, insights, and workflows that enable high-quality product delivery.

In this role, you'll focus on executing and optimizing product operations across the product development lifecycle—bringing clarity to complexity, improving decision-making through data, and embedding AI-driven approaches to increase efficiency and impact. As part of our growing Pune office, you'll contribute to building scalable practices and a strong, collaborative culture.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI First workflows that enhance product operations, leveraging automation and AI-powered insights to improve efficiency and decision-making

• Demonstrate Change Agility by adapting to evolving product priorities and helping teams maintain momentum through shifting requirements and ambiguity

• Apply Data-Driven Decision Making to define, track, and analyze product usage, adoption, and performance metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements

• Use First Principles Problem Solving to break down complex product and operational challenges, designing simple, scalable solutions across workflows and systems

• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to improve planning, tracking, and execution across the product development lifecycle

• Design and maintain systems for product instrumentation, telemetry, and usage tracking, ensuring data quality and usability for decision-making

• Support experimentation and analytics workflows, helping teams measure feature impact and iterate quickly based on results

• Improve documentation, communication, and knowledge-sharing practices to enable consistent execution and alignment across teams

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment

• Strong experience with product analytics, including SQL and tools such as Amplitude or similar platforms

• Experience working with product instrumentation, telemetry, or data pipelines in partnership with Engineering

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable product or operational improvements

• Demonstrated ability in building and automating product related processes using AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, feature adoption tracking, or usage-based product models

• Background in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or cybersecurity
