This is a full-time role as a Founding Product Manager, located onsite in New York, NY.

Product Managers with backgrounds in FinTech that are excited by a fast moving engineering team and low bureaucracy are strongly encouraged to apply!

As the first product management hire at Hadrius, you will be working directly with the founders and an elite team of engineers to shape the future of the SEC/FINRA compliance technology landscape from the ground floor of a hyper growth startup. This is a rare opportunity for PMs with compliance experience to build the future of the space and prioritize solving customer's problems with AI and intuitive user experiences.

As we grow, there are plenty of opportunities for leadership and we pride ourselves on having a hands off culture by having very few meetings while giving everyone a broad scope of responsibility. Work closely with an elite team of engineers from Google, Chime, Microsoft, Zynga, Ivy league universities, and founders with previous exits. You'll be on a team that works incredibly hard and seeks other exceptional people excited to do the same.

Responsibilities

First week:

• Hadrius product management bootcamp
  • Required reading to get up to speed on how we solve problems at Hadrius
  • 1:1's with everyone in the company and deep dives into all aspects of the business
  • Join calls with our AEs and CSMs to quickly get up to speed with our stakeholders
  • Become an expert on 1-2 high priority modules that you will own

First month:

• With guidance from the team, you'll start taking the lead on calls to discover customer problems
• You'll put together requirements documents (PRD 1-pagers) to crystallize the problem and solution for others to collaborate on
• Work closely with our engineers and designers to keep projects moving forward as fast as possible
• Become an integral part of the product development process reviewing what's built and making real-time decisions with engineers and design every day.

First 3 months & beyond:

• Continuing to develop the above skillset, paying special attention that the features we develop solve our customers’ problems
• Operating fairly autonomously, setting your own meetings, doing your own research, pushing the envelope in your product areas
• Playing a major role in influencing the roadmap for our engineering team

About You

• Exceptionally skilled: You're an experienced PM and have worked with SEC/FINRA CCOs in the past
• Coachable: Open to learning the Hadrius way and raising the bar while you're at it.
• Growth mindset: You're consistently the hardest working person on your team because you're driven to improve yourself and your work each day.
• All-in: This is not a 9-5. We have a massive opportunity ahead of us and are looking to multiply our engineering speed. We are optimizing for the best folks and are happy to compensate generously (with equity!).
• Autonomy: Exercise a high-degree of autonomy

Qualifications

• Track record as an accomplished Product Manager
• Experience with SEC/FINRA compliance
• An organized and clear communicator with a penchant for solving problems
• Willing to relocate to NYC
