About the Role

HairClub operates in a premium, highly personal category—and every physical touchpoint matters.

We're looking for a designer who goes beyond aesthetics—someone who understands how design drives perception, conversion, and trust.

You will own the creation and production of high-quality printed materials across the business—from product packaging to in-center collateral—ensuring everything reflects a premium, consistent, and performance-driven brand.

What You'll Own

• Design and production of product packaging, labels, and inserts
• Creation of sales enablement materials (brochures, consultation guides, leave-behinds)
• Development of in-center collateral (posters, signage, displays)
• Execution of direct mail and promotional print campaigns
• Ensuring brand consistency across all physical materials
• Continuously elevating the look, feel, and effectiveness of printed assets
