Scope of Position: As a design professional, for the production of innovative, appropriate, cost-effective designs, drawings and specifications in their discipline for assigned projects. Emerges to an independent resource and begins to coordinate work with other disciplines. Works to fulfill experience requirements for eligibility to take professional license exam.
Job Responsibilities:
Education & Years of Experience: Design Associate I: Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering required. With at least (2) years of significant experience in Architectural design works. Qualifications: Preferably Registered Architect. Understanding of compliance requirements (Local building codes and regulations). Excellent presentation and communication skills. Proficiency with relevant design applications such as Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp, Adobe Suite. Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
