Product Management Internship - Summer 2026 - Remote Eligible

Internship Program

HealthEdge offers a structured paid 12-week virtual internship program that will allow you to help drive meaningful and strategic project work that delivers real impact to our teams, customers, and business, while having fun along the way! You will support the Product team and will also get exposure to various departments and strategic initiatives through our Discover HealthEdge weekly series. Interns will also participate in our three-day Innovation Challenge and a final internship project presentation to showcase the impact you've made. Additionally, we provide workshops focused on resume writing, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and more!

Your Impact

• Learn core product management skills by helping translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and simple feature stories.
• Support market and policy research related to Medicare Advantage and risk adjustment, summarizing insights that inform product direction.
• Assist with organizing product backlogs, documenting acceptance criteria, and helping prioritize features based on data and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to understand real-world product challenges and propose thoughtful, user-centered solutions.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related major
• Experience with C,.NET, and SQL
• Self-starter
• Confident and accountable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Data driven

Bonus Points

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS

Geographic Responsibility: While HealthEdge is located in Boston, MA you may live anywhere in the US
