As a Targeted Marketing Manager II, you'll manage and be ultimately accountable for multi-channeled, targeted marketing campaign projects via direct mail, email, coupons, SMS, and push. Key responsibilities include managing campaign projects through post-campaign analysis, planning timelines, developing and managing campaign strategy, ensuring flawless set-up of campaign elements, collaborating with various teams to bring targeted marketing campaigns to life, applying financial and operational understanding to focus on key performance metrics, and creating executive-level summaries, annual plans, and roadmaps.
Qualifications include experience in project management, customer reporting, retail operations, and traditional and digital marketing channels. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and Power BI is required, along with advanced skills in MS Office and the ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment. Education in a related field or comparable experience is preferred.
