Your Mission
You conduct continuous, results-oriented Product Discovery to best understand and solve real customer problems.
You are responsible for the Discovery and Delivery process for your key outcomes and maximize the value of HERO Software for our customers.
You work closely with Design and Engineering in an interdisciplinary product team and bring concepts quickly into implementation.
You are in close contact with our customers as well as our customer-focused teams to validate new solution approaches.
You identify and evaluate AI-supported use cases with measurable benefits for our customers and integrate them, if meaningful, into our core product.
You drive your topics proactively and promote joint solution finding in interdisciplinary teams.
