· Creation, development, and execution of talent attraction and branding strategy
· Activation of our new EVP (Employer Value Proposition) and embedding of HPE's Culture Blueprint
· Leads the strategy for amplifying the employment brand including HPE career website strategy, social media, and recruitment marketing
· Redefines the candidate experience and positions HPE as the career destination for technical talent
· Bridge the Technical Career Path program into the Technical Talent strategy
· Partnership with HPE corporate global branding, marketing, and communication
· Partnership with RPO marketing team; driving performance and results as well as execution of strategy
· Collaborates with the Culture & Engagement team. internal networks, and Employee Resource groups on strategies to attract top talent.
· Oversight of our global internal and external careers sites and microsites
· Management of our internal Talent Attraction site, ownership of core Talent Attraction materials, content creation, and stakeholder training (internal and external)
· Responsibility for the channels budget; planning and management of investment in essential and strategic branding and talent attraction channels to ensure the utmost return on investment.
· Previous experience in activating a new EVP advantageous
· Marketing and communications experience
· Demonstrated experience in creating Talent Attraction and Brand strategy
· Creation and development of Talent Attraction and Branding materials
· Experience delivering training to internal and external stakeholders.
· Knowledge of emerging marketing tactics and strategies
· Data and analytics-driven
· Strong collaboration skills
· Excellent customer relationship management and consultation skills.
