Job Description:

Join our marketing team and gain valuable hands-on experience in B2B marketing in HPE Hungary. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the Field Marketing and Partner Marketing Manager roles, learning how to plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives that drive sales and strengthen partner relationships. You will also gain experience in marketing operations and work closely with partners to support joint marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Field Marketing and Partner Marketing Manager with daily tasks and projects
• Support the organization of events, webinars, and marketing campaigns targeting customers and partners
• Help with marketing operations, including budgets, campaign tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with partners supporting joint marketing activities and MDF budget operations
• Prepare communication, marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and reports
• Work closely with sales teams and partners to support lead generation

Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or a related field
• Interest in marketing, sales and new technologies
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
• Can-do-attitude and a proactive approach
