Job Family Definition:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead our security endpoint capabilities as well as our Network Access Control (NAC) technology businesses. In this role you will help drive security technologies to allow customers the best experience with zero trust network security solutions.

Visible contributions improve time-to-market, achieve cost reductions, or satisfy current and future unmet customer needs. Leads or participates in cross-functional initiatives and contributes to mentorship and knowledge sharing across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product, NAC, and engineering teams to define requirements and drive endpoint client solutions.
• Partner with engineering on architecture decisions to solve problems efficiently.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure products remain leaders in their capabilities.
• Guide product teams and stakeholders on portfolio strategy across the lifecycle.
• Support field operations with customer meetings, roadmap updates, and occasional public speaking.
• Independently deliver efficient solutions to meet customer requirements rapidly.
• Align goals and collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and marketing to optimize margins and enable success.

What You Need To Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in NAC and/or endpoint security clients.
• Expertise in NAC technologies (on-premises and cloud) and endpoint security (VPN, ZTNA, posture compliance).
• Knowledge of multiple client OS platforms (Android, Apple, Chrome, Linux, Microsoft).
• Strong communication skills; public speaking experience desired.
• Exposure to contract review and government certifications preferred.
• Ability to mentor, lead, and influence cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Skills in cost-efficient solution building, financial performance metrics, and business acumen.
• Technical understanding of the industry with ability to provide product-specific training.
