Senior Revit Piping Designer

We're seeking a Senior Revit Piping Designer to lead piping design efforts across complex industrial projects. In this role, you'll independently develop models, coordinate across disciplines, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality, constructible designs.

Pay: $52.00- $64.00 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and model piping systems using Revit across project phases
• Interpret P&IDs, vendor drawings, and engineering documentation
• Coordinate with engineering and multi-disciplinary teams
• Provide input on operability, routing, and design standards
• Support QA/QC processes, model reviews, and drawing accuracy
• Lead portions of scope, including estimating and change management
• Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to specifications

Basic Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Design Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of piping design experience in industrial environments (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharma, Semiconductor)
• Minimum 3+ years of Revit piping design experience
• Strong understanding of piping specs, materials, layouts, and equipment interfaces
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical documentation
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or similar
• Experience in semiconductor facilities
• Knowledge of pipe stress considerations and support design
• Experience with QA/QC workflows and specification-driven design
• Advanced Revit skills (families, parts, troubleshooting)
• Prior leadership or oversight of piping design teams
