As a Product Developer, you are the creative and technical link between design vision and production reality. You transform ideas into high-quality, sustainable products that meet customer expectations and align with H&M's global assortment strategies. Your role ensures that every product reflects innovation, trend relevance, and operational excellence.
- Drive product development to secure the best product from a customer perspective.
- Translate product ideas into tangible product solutions (driving best quality, price and lead time) from early ideation to prototype development, in line with global assortment strategies and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to co-execute market development plans and product strategies.
- Develop the supplier readiness and capabilities based on the business strategy.
- Collaborate with Development Manager to support suppliers onsite for their development and ensure alignment on customer insights, capabilities, and strategic growth directions.
