As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be developing and executing marketing strategies that deepen customer engagement, drive retention, and increase customer lifetime value. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales by focusing on existing customers, ensuring they are informed, satisfied, and loyal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, develop compelling collateral, and collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content across channels.
  • Identify and nurture brand advocates, encourage customer-generated content like reviews and testimonials, and collaborate on customer-centric marketing materials.
  • Own and manage the partner program to support business objectives, driving demand generation through MDF, onboarding and tracking partner performance, ensuring compliance, and organizing key initiatives like annual conferences and promotions for APAC & India.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, crafting impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team by providing tools, resources, and product training to enhance their knowledge and support effective product positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and global marketing teams to align strategies, ensure consistent messaging, and drive business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and channel performance, providing data-driven insights and regular reports to guide strategic improvements and highlight opportunities.
