Marketing Strategic Planning Specialist
The Marketing Strategic Planning Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for the chemical, oil and gas, and automation sectors. This professional must have a deep understanding of the market and the sector's trends, along with analytical skills to prepare and optimize marketing campaigns, initiatives, and sales team performance.
Functions:
- Analyze the market and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effective planning and execution of Pricing, Commercial Excellence, and Customer Marketing strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, events, and communication, making adjustments as needed.
- Support the preparation of the Annual Operations and Marketing Planning.
- Coordinate the execution of division meetings and present reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in strategic marketing planning, preferably in the chemical, oil and gas, and automation industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with a background in Marketing or Administration.
- Ability to communicate and present in English and Spanish.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
