We are seeking a SharePoint Technical Specialist – Junior / ECM Solutions Designer to support Preconstruction business processes within the Transportation Life Cycle. The selected candidate will focus on:

• Business analysis
• Requirements gathering
• Solution design
• Documentation
• QA testing
• Stakeholder communication
• User training

This role requires strong ownership, independent execution, and advanced expertise in SharePoint solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design SharePoint and web-based solutions supporting Preconstruction business processes
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Convert requirements into clear, actionable user stories
• Independently prioritize, schedule, and deliver assigned work
• Manage stakeholder communication, dependencies, and project updates
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and technical references
• Collaborate with business teams for process improvement / reengineering
• Conduct comprehensive QA testing, including:
• System-level testing
• Workflow testing
• Scenario-based testing
• Edge-case validation
• Coordinate test validation and deployment support
• Create and deliver end-user training materials
• Prototype and refine solutions with business users
• Perform quality control across technical and functional deliverables
• Mentor team members and provide subject matter expertise when needed

Required Experience (8+ Years)

Mandatory Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
• Senior-level experience designing SharePoint and web-based solutions
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong QA testing experience:
