Commercial PS Marketing Lead

As a Senior Marketing Supervisor for the Commercial PC business, you will be responsible for defining Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for commercial products. You will leverage cutting-edge digital tools and AI technologies to precisely drive business growth across Enterprise and Mid-Market (MM) segments.

Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Go-to-Market (GTM Strategy): Develop annual and quarterly GTM plans for HP commercial PCs and solutions, including product positioning, competitive analysis, pricing strategy recommendations, and core messaging development.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Apply deep understanding of ABM methodologies to collaborate closely with sales teams; design customized marketing campaigns for key industries (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, High-Tech) to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Digital & AI-Driven Excellence: Master the digital marketing matrix (e.g., marketing automation systems, CRM, social media advertising); utilize AI tools (such as Generative AI for content creation and data analytics tools for market insights) to optimize workflows and achieve cost-efficiency.
  • Integrated Marketing Execution: Plan and execute large-scale online/offline summits, industry seminars, and channel incentive activities to ensure a win-win outcome for both brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain high-efficiency communication with regional sales, product teams, global headquarters, and external agencies to ensure the localized implementation of global strategies.

Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience in the IT or ICT industry. Familiarity with PC hardware, IT leasing services, or enterprise-level solutions is preferred.
  • Methodological Expertise: Profound understanding of B2B marketing logic with a proven track record of successful Account-Based Marketing (ABM) cases.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in mainstream digital marketing platforms. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Copilot, etc.) to enhance strategy planning, copywriting, or market analysis efficiency.
  • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English. Must be able to read global HQ briefings fluently, write professional business emails, and actively participate in international meetings.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and coordination skills; high stress tolerance with the ability to maintain clear logic in a fast-paced IT environment.
