We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing strategy and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help build brand awareness, optimize campaigns, and analyze market performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support campaign development
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams on promotional projects
- Create and edit marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and reports
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and marketing KPIs
- Support event planning and execution
- Maintain marketing databases and assist with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or related support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design or analytics tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
