You will lead the experience of a conversational agent with GenAI at the center. It will be your responsibility to understand in depth how users interact with AI agents — their behaviors, frictions, and expectations — to design more intuitive, efficient, and scalable journeys. We expect someone who not only thinks like a digital product PM but also breathes agents: who understands their limits, embraces their ambiguities, and knows how to turn them into opportunities for enchantment.
