Your Daily Menu:

• Balance the business strategy with user experience, prioritizing data-driven decision making.
• Lead the product discovery phase, conducting benchmarks and planning medium-term expansion.
• Improve the driver and customer experience in the app, focusing on the location and installation of boxes.
• Measure the impact of deliveries in collaboration with data and design teams.
• Implement solutions that integrate artificial intelligence.
• Participate actively in standard ceremonies such as daily and planning.

Ingredients We Are Looking For:

• Skill in experimentation tools, such as A/B testing and fake door.
• Ability to navigate and make decisions based on data.
• Aptitude to work strategically with business and user experience.
• Profile motivated by results, with a strong entrepreneurial and innovative streak.

To Enhance the Flavor:

• Previous experience in dynamic environments and adaptability to change.
• Medium-term vision for the product and ability to propose expansion plans for the boxes.
• Proposal of experience that defines the product's trajectory.
