Job Description

A UX Designer at IFS ensures alignment with the design guidelines while working with the improvement of the existing experience as well as new functionality for the product. This role also assumes maintaining and managing activities related to user research.

The work is focused on interpreting and analyzing business requirements as well as UX research results to create usable, enjoyable, fit-for-purpose and enterprise grade software.

A UX Designer will contribute to delivering the best possible experience for the users of IFS products, by sketching, prototyping and user testing, working closely with the rest of the cross-functional team during the whole development process. The work is conducted in close co-operation with Project Managers and development teams to gather and evaluate all the requirements.

In addition, a UX Designer continuously expands their business process domain knowledge. They also proactively share UX design knowledge and principles to inspire and guide others.

• Recommended 4+ years of relevant experience
• College Diploma or University Degree in the field of UX
